All content and software provided by Avalon NextGen are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Avalon NextGen unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Avalon NextGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Web Consultancy

If you are unsatisfied with the initial discovery session, a 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of the meeting.

ERP Integration

Refunds are issued based on reached milestones. Completed development phases are non-refundable, but future phases can be cancelled for a full credit.

HelpDesk Support

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current month are only provided if no tickets were opened during that billing period.

How to initiate a return?

To request a refund, please send an email to billing@24-solo.com with your project reference number and a detailed explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations. Our management team reviews all disputes within 48 business hours.
